Bright Beginnings Youth Parent Program (Family Wise)

Family Wise's Youth Parent Program offers a program for pregnant and new parents ages 12-21. Free to participants.  Email Questions and Referrals to their Youth Services Case Manager  or call 612-877-7835.

TeenHOPE (Hennepin County Residents)
TeenHOPE provides Public Health Nursing case management to parents under the age of 20 who live in Hennepin County, do not have a high school diploma or GED, are currently enrolled in MFIP OR Non-MFIP parents who are 17 years old or younger or under 19 and have an infant younger than 6 months of age. Provides support, parent education, future planning and much more. Contact 612-617-4600 ext. 2.

Bright Futures Program- Rochester

A teen pregnancy and parenting support program.  Teens may work with a public health nurse and/or social worker. Call (507) 328-7500.
